As a Parish Council we are committed to trying to hear the views of as many of our residents as possible. For some time we have included a formal public session as part of our meetings where any local resident is welcome to raise issues in relation the agenda and any other urgent village matters. We are however aware that the formal nature of this session can be off-putting for some people so would like to offer a more informal opportunity for residents to meet councillors and share views.

Therefore starting with the next Finance and Governance Committee which is due to be held on the 8th October 2024 we would like to invite anyone who is interested to come along to the lower hall at the village centre from 6.40pm and share a cup of tea with the Councillors present and have a chat. We’d love you to join us so please come along and bring your friends!

Anyone is of course more than welcome to stay for the whole Committee meeting which will include a public session in which representations can be made concerning items on the agenda.
